As professional FTD florists, at Flowers LLC, we guarantee your satisfaction OR your money back with every order sent through our website for delivery in the United States and Canada and on all florist branded products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will either replace the product or refund the full purchase price. All you need to do is notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and return the product. You may call, come in person, or e-mail us at support@eflowers.com. For faster results, please contact the delivering florist to request a replacement, or a retrieval if you prefer a refund. Due to time sensitivity of fresh flowers, please call us within 48 hours of you order's delivery. Please consider that each design is custom made by hand and our products may vary in size and appearance due to seasons, regional availability and interpretation by the designers. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability: By placing your order, you agree to use our service at your own risk. Flowers, LLC or its affiliates, employees or agents, do not guarantee that services will be error-free; except our “satisfaction guarantee” which states that you are entitled to a maximum of a full refund of your purchase after a return of the product within 48 hours, or a re-delivery of your item at the soonest available opportunity. Although we make our best effort, we cannot guarantee any timed deliveries, and are unable to make guaranteed delivery dates and times during periods of high volume, such as Valentines or Mother’s Day, and your order will be delivered on the earliest available date. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by calling 1-800-770-7404. Please note that all fresh flowers products including the funeral arrangements must be returned within 48 hours in order to receive a full refund. Please feel free to contact the local florist to for faster results. If you would like a replacement instead of refund, please let us know and we will deliver upgraded fresh arrangement to the funeral home or the deceased's family.
